Cancellation Policy

Eligibility and Priority: • The conference room is available for use by members, partners, and the general public. • Priority scheduling will be given to OLM programs, meetings, and member-sponsored activities. Reservation Procedures: • Reservations are made online • Payment is due prior to use of the facility Fees and Rates: • Priority scheduling will be given to OLM programs, meetings, and member-sponsored activities. • There is a cleaning fee and security deposit of $50.00. If you decide to clean yourself, security deposit will be return after inspection of the facility. Cancellations and Refunds: • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit up to 50% of the rental fee. • No shows will be charged the full amount. Room Use Guidelines: • Users must respect the facility, furnishings, and equipment. • The room must be left clean and organized after each use. • Decorations, signage, or materials must not damage walls or fixtures. • Food and beverages are permitted only with prior approval. • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Liability and Damages: • Users are responsible for any damage caused during their use. • OLM is not liable for loss or damage to personal property. • A security deposit may be required for certain events. Hours of Operation: • The conference room is available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday–Saturday. • Use outside these hours requires prior approval and may incur additional fees. Enforcement: • Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of facility privileges and/or forfeiture of deposits. Acknowledgment: Renters certifies and agrees to comply with all provisions of the Conference Room Use Policy. I will leave the room in the same condition as received. Any damage or extra cleaning required will result in additional charges. There will be no use of any alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances. I assume full responsibility for all persons in attendance during the event.
